This isn’t much of a recipe. Kind of just an inspiration meal for you. And my oh my! It is really good!
Bake potatoes in the oven and top with all of your favorite taco toppings. These are filling and so easy to make for a crowd. My girls like that they each got to serve their own toppings to make their own dinner.
