Because you all know that I have have 2 toddlers, I often get emails about what I feed my girls for lunch. I usually do lunch as kind of a snack meal. No real cooking or prep. This plate is a prime example.
I served tiny pasta that I cooked in broth, sprinkled with cheese. And carrots with a dill Greek yogurt dip (store bought) and I sliced up apples thinly. They love this kind of lunch. My girls are all about dip and choices.
Nothing fancy here.
