My husband loves peanut butter and chocolate desserts. Reece’s Peanut Butter Cups are his favorite candy. I knew when I saw this recipe that we would all like it. And it was so so easy. No baking. Make these in the warm months for a delicious treat without heating up the kitchen.
You can use any kind of chocolate to coat these. I used semi sweet and I know milk chocolate would be good as well. Try white chocolate if you are feeling adventurous.
Crispy Peanut Butter Balls
3 cups Rice Krispies
3 cups powdered sugar
2 cups creamy peanut butter
2 pkgs chocolate chips, melted
1. Mix Rice Krispies, powdered sugar and peanut butter in a large bowl. Mix well.
2. For min to 1 inch balls and place in fridge while you melt the chocolate.
3. Dip each ball in chocolate and place on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Put back in fridge for chocolate to harden.
Enjoy!
