This is a crowd pleaser made in the crock pot. My girls gobbled it up and we are all looking forward to having it again tonight as left overs.
Sesame Orange Chicken
1/2 cup flour
4 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs
2/3 cup honey bbq sauce
2/3 cup orange marmalade
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1 Tbsp minced gingerroot
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
2 Tbsp sesame seeds
hot cooked rice
1. Place flour in a large zip lock bag. Add chicken, a few pieces at a time and shake to coat. Place chicken in bottom of slow cooker
2. Mix bbq sauce, marmalade, juice, soy sauce, ginger, and pepper flakes in a large bowl. Pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low 4-6 hours until meat is tender
3. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with hot rice and a salad.
